Update 8/16

Juliana has been dealing with some neutropenic fevers. They haven't been high, but enough to make her feel crummy. The doctors have diligently checked blood cultures, run a respiratory panel, checked for bacteria, and performed CT scans. All have come back without concerns. Her neutrophils are still at zero. Her echo on Weds was fine. Her ejection fraction was 52%. Her blood pressure has been low, so they're currently holding her heart meds, which has alleviated the issue. We're patiently waiting for the neutrophils to be generated to help curb the symptoms. She's been getting blood and platelet transfusions regularly as the chemo depletes those reserves as well.
